“The Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa delivers an experience that, in my opinion, falls short of true five-star expectations, though some aspects shine. It's a family-friendly destination with great pools and dining, plus business facilities, but be aware the beach access isn't quite seamless. I think it would benefit from updates and a sharper focus on service consistency.”

attentive staff fabulous experience broken air conditioning insufficient sunbeds

this hotel is amazing the staff are super attentive and provide a fabulous experience i will definitely be returning next year super relaxing vibes are all around the hotel and my room had everything i needed the staff make this hotel special. the superb spa is totally recommended i loved my treatments there

the holiday was not inexpensive costing quite a bit i reasonably expected a 5-star all-inclusive experience for my family. the air conditioning and fridge did not work in my room, and the safe only worked sometimes broken and insufficient sunbeds limited my ability to relax by the pool. i also noticed that cigarette butts were scattered all over the beach a detail i hope they can fix for my next visit.
